Support the PMO Leads in performing the following tasks:
- Provide assistance and guidance to the Governance Team to implement strategies and plans
- Develop BWT metrics, registers, and build scorecards
- Develop PMO annual strategy and plan
- Attend PMO weekly team meeting
- Promote and guide the collection of event metrics data with event teams
- Build templates (e.g., event toolkits, etc.)
- Design and document processes (for IYE, Finance)
- Schedule all internal meetings and events
- Facilitate all internal meetings (annual kick-off, annual strategy & planning, monthly status meeting, governance breakfast meetings)
- Develop meeting presentations
- Collect and collate presentation contents from committee leads for internal meetings
- Meeting notes of actions and decisions
