Accolades From previous Marquee Co-Leads:

“Taking on the role of Marquee Manager was a very rewarding and exciting experience. The opportunity to work alongside a co-prime to coordinate a conference for 250 attendees allowed me to exercise my leadership skills as well as teamwork and communication skills. The planning process took about 6+ months and involved weekly meetings to coordinate the planning of speakers, logistics, venue, etc. The planning team was made up of women made up from different companies within the BWT network, so it was a great chance to expand my own network and work with people from other companies who were in different professions. All in all, it was a wonderful learning experience, and I encourage anyone looking for opportunities to develop their professional skills to take on this role!”
