2018 MEET: Mingling with Executives and Emerging Talent
Purchase your tickets to the event here.
We are bringing back our yearly MME event in a better, more interactive way! Mingling with Executives and Emerging Talents (MEET) 2018 is an opportunity for emerging talents to engage with industry leaders and learn from their experiences. This year we have a new format, which includes roundtable discussions with our executives.
Our leaders and executives will first join us by introducing themselves on stage. They will then be separated to groups where attendees will cycle through the groups and ask more specific questions centered around themes such as:
- Authenticity in Action: Experiences with personal and social expectations in leadership
- Power of Attitude: How outlook and attitude affect career development
- Art of Decision Making: Increasing confidence in decision making ability
We have a very diverse group of speakers (see below) and advise the attendees to come prepared with questions around the themes mentioned above. However, you can take the conversation forward during the round table discussions as needed.
Feel free to forward the invitation to other early talents and interns in any of our seven member companies, as well as students from UBC, SFU or BCIT.
All the proceeds from the event will go the local charity –
