Here is our amazing lineup of speakers:

 

	Dan Pontefract is the Chief Envisioner at TELUS, heading the Transformation Office. He is the author of The Purpose Effect and has spoken at numerous TEDx talks. Aside from TEDx talks, Dan also shares his expertise on employee engagement, behavior and culture in his writings for Forbes, Harvard Business Review and The Huffington Post.
	Felicia Shafiq is a manager in Product Support at SAP Canada Inc. Not only does she excel in her job but also shines on the volleyball court as a Canadian Paralympic Volleyball player. Felicia volunteers her time to teach sitting volleyball to differently-abled youth and adults and serves as a board member of the Amputee Coalition of BC Society.
	Kristin Bower is the manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Vancity Savings and Credit Union. She is an outspoken advocate for eliminating the stigma surround mental health issues. She brings light to these issues through her blog called Adventures of a Survivor.
	Al Leonard is BC Hydro’s Senior Vice-President for Capital Infrastructure Project Delivery. Al leads BC Hydro’s $2 billion per year capital investment program and oversees approximately 450 capital projects. Al’s portfolio includes Indigenous Relations, Properties, Project Delivery and Environment.
	Natalie Marchesan is the Vice President of Customer Solutions Delivery at TELUS. Before leading over 1000 field technicians in her current role, Natalie was an aviator for the Canadian Air Force and navigator of the CC-130 Hercules. Although out of the Air Force, we can certainly say, the sky’s no limit for her.

 

3. The Continued Fight for Equality on International Women’s Day

Now more than ever, women from all parts of the globe are unifying together to make their voices heard. With the rise of women’s movements, such as the #MeToo campaign and #TimesUp, more and more women are rising out of the shadows of silence and are speaking up about injustice and inequality.
